Create your own checklists for quality, safety and delivery of your projects with the Trimble Connect Extension Checklist. You can set up these lists completely as you wish. It is possible to compile a checklist based on a 2D drawing. Here you can directly indicate the position of an answer or determine in advance the location from which a picture should be taken. You can also create a checklist based on objects from your 3D model.

  • Trimble Connect Extensions can be activated in combination with an active Trimble Connect Business, Business Premium or Enterprise license only.
  • The Trimble Connect Extensions are only available for Trimble Connect for Web.
  • One Trimble Connect Extensions license can be activated on one Trimble Connect project, so a license is needed per project.
  • In our License Manager you can deactivate and activate the license on the desired project. You can switch between projects as often as necessary.
  • If many licenses are needed, an Enterprise license with unlimited projects could be a better choice, contact us for more information.
  • When a license is activated on a project, other members (also external) of the project can also use it.
  • A license that has been activated in combination with a Trimble Connect Enterprise license can be used by all project members (also the ones using a free license). A license that has been activated in combination with a Trimble Connect Business or Business Premium license can only be used by project members who also use a Trimble Connect Business or Business Premium license (not by members using a free license).
  • Trimble Connect Extension licenses are valid for one full month or year (depending on the chosen interval).
  • Trimble Connect Extension licenses are renewed automatically, unless deactivated in the webshop account environment before the renewal date.
  • The licenses will be active for use within an hour after the moment of buying.

Reuse your templates

You can easily reuse the templates you create in Checklist by saving them. For example, create sections once with data often used in a project and use them in new projects as well. This way you save time.

Has a checklist been signed and completed? Then you can always find all information in the history of a checklist, such as actions, saved photos and files.

Flexible checklist

The Checklist extension has many features you can add to your checklist. Think of refining a list with sections, sub-sections, questions and answers. You can define exactly how specific the answer should be: from simple yes/no answers to answers with mandatory fill-in fields, such as files, ToDo's, photos and a comment field. Or do you go for a comprehensive list with multiple project members? This way, you create checklists to monitor every activity in your project.

Reporting

The reporting feature in the Checklist extension allows project members to effortlessly view the results of your checks. This allows you to share the status of identified problems in a clear PDF report.

Choose from several options to send your report, with or without hyperlinks to your photos for a complete view. Would you rather include a summary of your photos, views and ToDo's in the report? You can do that, too. Customize the level of detail to create the report you need.

Frequently asked questions about the Checklist

Which type of licenses are available for this extension?

This extension can be purchased in the webshop as a single license for 1 project or as part of a project bundle for 1 project with other extensions.
Can this extension be used by every project user?

If the project has a Trimble Connect Enterprise or Project license, any user can use the extensions. Anything below a Trimble Connect Project license would require the user to have a Trimble Connect Business or Trimble Connect Business Premium license.
Is the extension available as an Enterprise license?

The extension is available as an Enterprise license as part of a bundle. Prices for these bundles are available on request.

On which Trimble Connect platform is the extension available?

The Trimble Connect Extensions are available on Trimble Connect for Web.
Can I create a checklist template that can be reused in my projects?

In the tab Editor you can create a template for every type of checklist you want to create. In this way you can have a checklist for a safety check but also for a quality check in your projects.
Can every user edit or start a checklist?

In the extension you set up the permissions of the project users. A user can have the option to edit and start a workflow or only have the permission to fill in a checklist that is assigned to him.
Is it possible to take a photo on site and attach this to my checklist?

In your checklist you can add many different attachments. You can add photos, files, views and ToDo's.
Can I set up mandatory fields that need to be answered or attached?

In a cheklist template you can set up the fields that are mandatory. For example; when answering a question with 'No' you need to add a comment and take a photo to finalize this question.
Can I mark on a floor plan where I have answered a question?

You can attach a drawing, for example a floor plan, to your checklist. On the floor plan you can mark the position of the question or answer with a pin. In this way you can easily find the location.
Can I create a model based checklist?

A checklist can be assigned to any object from your 3D model. You can even automatically start a checklist for every unique model object that you select.
