  • Trimble Connect Extensions can be activated in combination with an active Trimble Connect Business, Business Premium or Enterprise license only.
  • The Trimble Connect Extensions are only available for Trimble Connect for Web.
  • One Trimble Connect Extensions license can be activated on one Trimble Connect project, so a license is needed per project.
  • In our License Manager you can deactivate and activate the license on the desired project. You can switch between projects as often as necessary.
  • If many licenses are needed, an Enterprise license with unlimited projects could be a better choice, contact us for more information.
  • When a license is activated on a project, other members (also external) of the project can also use it.
  • A license that has been activated in combination with a Trimble Connect Enterprise license can be used by all project members (also the ones using a free license). A license that has been activated in combination with a Trimble Connect Business or Business Premium license can only be used by project members who also use a Trimble Connect Business or Business Premium license (not by members using a free license).
  • Trimble Connect Extension licenses are valid for one full month or year (depending on the chosen interval).
  • Trimble Connect Extension licenses are renewed automatically, unless deactivated in the webshop account environment before the renewal date.
  • The licenses will be active for use within an hour after the moment of buying.

Frequently asked questions about the Tekla Extensions Bundle

Is a bundle license per user or per project?

A bundle license is a package of extensions combined. Each extension can be activated on a project of choice. When an extension is activated, all users (depending on permissions) can use the extension in that project.
Which extensions are included in a VDC Bundle?

The following extensions are included in the VDC bundle: Document Workflow, PDF Version Comparison, Sequencer, Project Manager, Checklist, QR Version Checker, Info and CSV Import.
Do all extensions from a bundle need to be activated on the same project?

You can add one single extension license from a bundle to one project. The project can be different for every extension from a bundle. When this project ends (and subscription for this license is still valid), you can re-use the extension license for another project. Unassign the license from the "old" project A and assign to a "new” Project B. You can manage this in the Construsoft License Manager.

How do I manage my extensions in my projects?

In the Construsoft License Manager, you can activate an extension on a project.
